Definition

Mystery schools are institutions or organizations that teach esoteric or mystical knowledge, principles, and practices. These schools often focus on the study of spiritual and metaphysical concepts, such as the nature of the universe, the divine, or the self. Mystery schools may also offer initiation rites or other rituals that are intended to help individuals attain a higher level of understanding or spiritual enlightenment. The concept of mystery schools has a long history and can be found in many different cultures and traditions, including ancient Greece, Egypt, and China.
