The Interior Development Goals (IDGs) represent a framework of transformative skills for sustainable development. Launched as a complement to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the IDGs recognize that achieving external sustainability targets requires inner human capacities such as self-awareness, critical thinking, empathy, and the ability to collaborate across differences. The framework organizes these capacities into five dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting.
